We are a third generation family-run business and everything is managed in-house every step of the way. GRIGGS offers a fully-expert interior design team who would like to share their passion and plans with you. Our services include bedroom and bathroom design, bespoke furniture and kitchens, fittings, floorings and more. We would love to hear what ideas you have in mind and how we can deliver this for you.

Quality Construction Build

Our in-house construction team is managed by our Directors and we have a Contracts Manager and Site Manager on site for you every day of the project. We use our own builders, some of whom have been part of the GRIGGS family for decades - and we will ensure a successful build from start to finish.

Focused From The Start

Before the start of any project, GRIGGS will prepare a clear building programme, spec and a detailed overview of costs. We always work hard to ensure that every project will be delivered on-time and within their budget, with special attention paid to cost control.

After Sales Care

Our after-sales team will be available to you to help with any issues that might arise when settling in to your new home. All clients are presented with a simple handover pack, which includes a full specification for their home or property, together with any important warranties for the building and its appliances.

With a two-year GRIGGS warranty, all our new homes also carry a generous 10-year NHBC, Premier Guarantee, Advantage or similar Buildmark warranty.
