Our team are highly adept at engaging with Local Authorities and community stakeholders from the outset, to ensure the best prospect of obtaining planning permission. We have a strong track record of delivering planning permissions both in the Green Belt and in Conservation Areas.

GRIGGS offers an in-house architectural and interior design team who provide high quality drawings for both planning and building control purposes. With your involvement, our in-house team can give you as much guidance as you require and at an early stage can illustrate how your new home could look. We also work collaboratively with a number of external award winning architects and interior designers to ensure that your dream home becomes a reality.
